Universal Diesel: Possibly too many hours?

Looking at a vessel that has been well maintained, the hours on the Universal Atomic 4 diesel is 4100 hours, is this over the top and should I keep looking?

Is there a link to a listing so that we can all view it? These little diesels can go 5000 or 10000 hours, or half that -- completely dependent on maintenance and regular oil and coolant changes. Is this a raw water cooled engine or a closed-cooling-system engine? Engine model?

Just a minor note: the Universal 5432 is a 4-cylinder diesel motor. The phrase "Atomic-4" refers to a 4-cylinder gasoline engine.
