I don't know anything about the boat, but I saw the listing and thought I would post:

While assumptions are always suspect, the stowage inside (including the loose fire bottle) make me wonder if it has left the dock in a long while.
That particular brokerage is one we talked to about a listed Ericson a few years ago, and they were not at all interested in accepting an offer and when obvious flaws were pointed out, changed the subject. Waste of a 4 hour drive, from our perspective.
Really Like that model, and perhaps the broker's personnel are different now-- nothing matters too much until you read over the surveyor's report, anyhow,

wonder if it has left the dock in a long while.

That boat is straight in front of mine, and I've never seen anyone on it. So your wondering may be pretty well founded.

Plus those photos are pretty old - the Ericson 35-3 sistership in the adjacent slip sold and moved elsewhere over a year ago.

I can wander by - once the docks have a bit less snow-pack - and take some photos is anyone is interested in seeing anything specific.

And, RE the brokerage.... yeah. Early in my own search I went to them and told them what I was looking for: 32-35 foot boat, priority on good sailing characteristics, a strong preference for Ericson but would have considered an 80s C&C or maybe an Islander 34-2/Nordic 34. Specifically told the guy I was not interested in Catalina, Beneteau, etc. So what did he take me out to see? A Catalina 42-II, a Beneteau Oceanis 411 and a Westsail-39 (!). All fine boats, I'm sure, just not even remotely what I said I was looking for.

After declining to even walk down the dock to see the third one, the guy started listening to me... a little. Eventually showed me a Cal-39 which might have been a decent boat but was still completely outside the parameters I'd given him. Plus he spent the whole time telling me how the Catalina was really a better boat for me. Because, you know, he understood me. Oh well.

So.... not sure if they've gotten any better, but they surely needed to.
