Well....I was able to get about 180ft/lbs on the 1 forward loosened keel bolt so far. I was able to clean out the gap and fill with 5200. I plan on filling the joint, covering with epoxy and some glass, fairing, barrier coating and painting. Hopefully this will do it for a while. I would like to get a little more torque on the bolt though.
