Best Adhesive for teak plywood to FRP?

Before a portlight re-bed I am currently removing the old rotted teak veneer plywood in the head of my 30+ and am looking for adhesive suggestions to attach the replacement teak plywood to the underlying fiberglass. All suggestions appreciated.

Hi gregjp,

I've had good results with Loctite PL3x Premium polyurethane construction adhesive. Years ago when adding some paneling to the fiberglass/gelcoat on the interior of an E23 I glued a test piece of panel to the gelcoat. I waited a few days and tried to remove the adhesive and wood - I had to chisel it off!

Thanks, Mark. Sounds promising. Probably like what's on there now. Doing a lot of chiseling to remove the old teak.
