Since these are a mid-40's kinda boat in the market, they may want to consider shopping the NW as well... and then there are the lake sailors in the Rockies and down in TX.....
For a good quality boat like this, the cost per mile should be considered an expense that amortizes out easily if they plan to own the boat a significant number of years.
We had our Olson trucked to PDX from Alameda... 10 years ago. No regrets at all.
