my 1975 e27 hatch is missing the port side 'flange' rail that keeps it from being pulled up and out. The flange is supposed to run under the guide.

Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase this part?

Thanks

Marcus,
Is that the flat aluminum rail that the hatch rides on? If so, you maybe able to find some flat stock of the same dimension and have it drilled out at a machine shop. You could use the starboard side as a template.

That's my back up plan...

I'm hoping to save myself some time on this and find it in stock somewhere. I know it's a long shot, but I figure a question to this group will yeild the best possible answer. This group just amazes me with its knowledge, pride, and passion toward Ericson boats.

Stuff like that companionway rail was usually built in house-sometimes
farmed out to a local fab shop that is long gone. For something like
that, your best bet would be to have a machine shop make it.
