I read several reviews for E26 that says the boat has 10 hp diesel engine and a fuel tank. But my newly acquired old E26 is powered only by an outboard. Do we know if my boat used to have a diesel engine which is removed later on? Or my boat could've been built without an inboard engine?
And the year of your boat is ??
If your E-26 is a Mk 1, from the late 60's, it should have a well for an outboard at the rear of the cockpit. No inboard option that I have heard of.
If it's an 80's E-26, i.e. a Mk 2, that indeed came with a diesel option. I believe that the brochure you can d/l from the Specs and Docs part of this site is for the later model....
I could be wrong, so please do d/l the E-26 material and look it over.
