Having never heard of Raka Epoxy, I googled "Raka Epoxy Review" and found a helpful website for a small company called Ocean One Kayaks. The company was founded by Vaclav Stejskal. Before earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard, Vaclav was a member of the Czech National Rowing Team. He's been rowing for much of his life and building wooden "stripper" kayaks for a long time.
