Emergency Tiller for E28-2

Does anyone have a source, lead, or specs on an emergency tiller for a 1986 E28-2? My new-to-me boat is missing hers. Based on discussions in other threads, the OD of the rudder stock - 2 15/16" - may be the same in several models. Thanks in advance!

There are several threads here about this. I would guess that the parts are very similar for all the EY models in the 80's.
