Ericson 38 engine

I purchased a 1993 Ericson 38-200 last summer and it is powered by a Volvo-Penta 2003T engine. Does anyone know if this is stock engine used by Ericson? I have heard that it is not and am trying to figure out a proper prop size. It came with a three blade RH 16DX12P 1" D.

When PSC started producing the E-38-200, they would install Volvo diesels because they had a long-term OEM relationship with Volvo.
You will probably need to to do some web searching for info on that exact engine model. Did you boat come with the original manual?

ps: with some searching, it looks like the "T" designation might indicate that this is a turbo'd diesel (?).
