Six hours for a PSS bellows replacement seems reasonable, especially if the access is bad. Although $150 USD/hr is certainly on the steeper side of anything I've seen here in Canada. Planning on upgrading mine this spring and I'm not looking forward to the amount of time i'll be spending jammed inside the cockpit locker.

My yard also estimated 6 hours (at $109/hr labor) for the PSS replacement--that's what they sent to the insurer. They said the real variable is in how long it takes to remove the shaft coupling--some are easy, some very difficult and time consuming.
