Cannot see a date for the listing. The bow registration is visible -- best just contact the State and get the owner's name, etc.
(Different state, but that info is public knowledge in Oregon.)

That’s the one I bought in October.

Hull #1 was recently for sale in Los Angeles, I haven’t looked to see if it sold.

There are a number of 'net sites for listing boats (and cars and other things) that are not actively managed. Come to think of it, I have seen some very old (as in several years) boats listed here-n-there. All of these sites, good and bad, only exist to sell ads that a shopper will see.... one wonders if the advertisers ever vet their vendor for effectiveness?)
By comparison, YW charges so much that the brokers are much more motivated to police their listing(s).
