Propeller for Ericson 38

Anyone have a 2 or 3 blade prop that would fit a 5432 Universal Kubota.
16 inch, 1 inch shaft ?
When the rudder post, (rusted) broke of the prop took a bite and broke a blade off.
Our Sea Scouts are working to repair All... lots of $$$
If it could be shipped to Miami I can have someone bring it down.

Have you considered a feathering prop? Getting one of those used would be pretty sweet.

That would be nice... don't really need that, just a good used one 2 or 3 blade will do..

To me, the important part would be the pitch of the prop. I still have the old 1988 two blade prop that the boat came with, but it's a 15" (smaller boat). One inch shaft. I would have no idea what pitch is OK for the 38.....
Sidebar: for those just tuning in, AFAIK, Ralph does not have access to a lift or a boatyard. All the boats there anchor out in a bay.

Yes, I had a two blade... 16 inch... Pitch ? Does 10 sound right to anyone?
We are trying to work on her in the sand...
Then a Crane 4 hours away... to take to water.
Watched a lot of Utube but most have marine facilities.
Any ideas, I'm very open to suggestions.

I don’t see my post from yesterday. I do have a 2 blade prop as I just switched to a feathering prop. Let me know.
