Anyone know how to replace or repair severely cracked plastic fittings?

To my untrained eye, that looks like a cast fitting that was 'spin welded' onto a rotomolded tank. If so, you need some informed opinion from a plastics specialist. A call to Ronco might maybe perhaps get some helpful info, if asked very politely. https://ronco-plastics.com/
Does this tank have a model code or number on it anywhere?

I had a similar problem and solved it by using a thicker-than-normal layer of teflon tape and a hose clamp around the cracked fitting.

I used G-flex epoxy and duct tape on a similar cracked fitting but it’s only to a vent hose so it hasn’t had to stand up to much pressure
