There has been some flooding in Santa Cruz from the Tonga volcano. So far I have not heard of any boat damage.

It was pretty intense in the Crescent City harbor this morning. The waterline came pretty close to the top of the dock pilings. As the tide in the bay was rushing out to sea beyond the extreme low tide mark, the tsunami surges would come in and push to a few feet above extreme high tide creating a vortex effect all over in the marina boat basin. The boats of the crabbing fleet were coming into the bay sideways and having a pretty hard time making in. It seems to be settling down for now.
