You have to wonder how many were on the flying bridge (I think that is what it is called up top) these boats are top heavy at best. I like low ballast and a low profile of sailboats.

Unfortunately there are more boat owners than sailors. It seems everywhere I go there is someone getting away with stupid stuff.

Typically, I think, the manufacturers call for a 1000# limit on the fly bridge of boats in the 34 foot range. That's somewhat under twenty people IIRC.
