Today my 1971 Ericson has been pulled for the winter. I normally pull every two years.
I use west Marine copolymer ablative paint.
It look pretty good... A few barnacle s near the water line. The real surprise was the port side of my rudder.. it's the sunny side and it was packed with barnacles.
I am fully winterized with a fresh oil change, for the long winters nap.
Winter projects... Planned
Renew the inside rugs... which will take some edging.
Sew up a new tiller cover
Minor Repairs my main sail cover.
Spring Projects planned
Renew the bottom paint & water line paint.
Top cost the handrails and hatches
Clean clean clean.
The season has ended for me.
