E26-3 Shaft Strut Zink

Here is a few pictures of the strut all finished up with the new cutlass bearing, the two different primer layers, 1st: Dimetcote 302H to provide good adhesion and 2nd: Amercoat 235 for a firm foundation for the 3rd: peddit anti-fouling. The zink (on both sides) has a nice clean contact area so that it can do its job really well. The hole drilled fairly easily once a got a sharp bit in the drill.
