New sailor- Refitting a 1975 Ericson 32

We are purchasing an Ericson 32 on May 21, 2015. Currently she is at Swantown Marina in Olympia, WA.
We will be lowering the mast, hauling out and pressure washing the hull, then in a week she will be transported from Olympia to my shop in Puyallup, WA for a complete refit. The engine (Volvo Penta MD2020) does not work, but it does turn over.
The deck is delaminated. The winches haven't turned in years, and will need to be rebuilt. Essentially the interior is a complete loss. Someone had cut out the starboard bulkhead, likely to repair water damage from a leaking chainplate. The mainsail appears to be in decent condition, it has a roller furler and a jib that hasn't seen the light of day in at least four years.
