E32-2 The Refitting of TRIOCHA- Bulkhead Rebuild Part 2

Here are more photos of the bulkhead rebuild and the bilge painted.

This was the first glimpse of what TRIOCHA will one day be. All bulkheads were built using the story stick method then cut out using a Dewalt jig saw on two saw horses.

I got pretty good using that jigsaw and spent a lot of $$ on blades. Marine plywood makes short work of a quality blade.

I bought some G10 fiberglass board and made through hull backing plates that were epoxied to the hull. The original wood backing plates had long been rotted away.
