First Time Spinnaker Setup on 35-2

Had it up again a couple of times on our week away. Having someone to steer gave me more time to worry about everything play with trim.
I lowered the pole to a height I could reach the trip line standing on deck. Much easier gybes. Went most of the way up Trincamoli Channel in the southern Gulf Islands one day, and about 12 miles heading SE into English Bay. With traffic in the shipping lanes we had a chance to lower the pole to deck height, while eased forward and close reach for about a a mile and a half before getting back on course.
I still think the foot is too short, but at the same time I'm grateful for a bit less sail area during this learning phase.
