Missed the race but I know they had a blast cause I was cruising the lower bay that whole week. Never saw less than 15 kts the whole time. Had 28-33 off Cove Point on that thursday. Beat back up from Solomons on the saturday (10/15) in 18-22, but at least it was finally sunny... Raced to Baltimore this weekend on friends boat. Lovely day saturday was for racing. cold drizzle and 8-10kts. Broken halyards, torn kites, but at least plenty of good beer to nurse our wounds...
