Short update on the multi-year “on the Water” restoration of my E33RH.
Recent work over last few months included:
1) exterior wood refinish, includes striping down to bare wood , sealing and applying 6 -8 coats of varnish ( hatch , tiller and handrails).
2 ) replacement of zippers pulls on headliners. Note: side liners made from perforated board are not original and installed by PO.
3) new cabin top winches ( Lewmar 40 ) and run halyards and reef lines back to cockpit.
4) retractable lazy jacks
5) waxed hull
6) clean rust spots from chrome . ( still need to polish )
6) replacement of mainsail w. North laminated cruise ( in progress, tides track cars are being sewn on to new sail ).
