I have a frame for a bimini that I picked up ffom a fellow 38 owner and I have some questions about its intallation as I am having a canvas guy come to measure. The bimini frame consists of 4 bows, 2 short ones and 2 tall ones, one of the tall ones is a little taller than the other. It appears as though the two large bows were mounted to the coaming with one just forward and one just aft of the the primary winches. My question is which of the two tall bows goes forward, the taller one or the slightly shorter one. I think if I take the frame to the boat and mock it up I will figure this out but I am curious to see some other bimini set ups.
