Interesting little article on your Universal Diesel heat exchanger zinc.

Yeah, I know about that zinc. Found out where it was supposed to be when I changed the HX out. The generic "pencil" zincs from the local chandlery fit just fine but I have to cut about 1/2" off the end. A small price to pay when they are only $2. RT

Good article if you buy from catalina direct but at least they offer the npt size.
