Hi, I'm looking to replace our exisiting 3 blade prop with a 2 blade. I think the 3 blade is too small as the boat barely powers at 4 3/4 knots. No tachometer on the boat though. Anyone have this boat and 2 cylinder diesel with a gear ratio of 2.62? Is hull speed about 5.5 knots?
Thanks, David
We just purchased an Ericson 32 in California and will be moving her to BC shortly. It is our first "big" boat. New engine, Universal diesel 3 cyl (46 hours) but they left the old prop a 13x10 fixed 3 blade. Almost hopeless to try and reverse with that thing it kicks to port so badly, plus...

So, I was everywhere on the boat last weekend and came across the blielines for the 33 designed by Ron Holland. I am attaching a low resolution copy as the scans are from a 30x40. If someone emails me the FTP address and login I will place the high res. 12 Meg files for download. I did check...
:egrin: I am looking to purchase a 74 Ericson 32. Is there anyway to inspect the integrity of the keel. From the outside the hull/keel area looks good. Is there any problems I should be aware of? Thank you for any help.
I just purchased a 1970 E29. Except for soap and water and a little engine work, the boat appears to be in pretty good shape. Sails included.
Does anyone know where to find replacement globes for the cabin light fixtures?
The cabin cushions are pretty tattered and need to be recovered.

Hello everyone,
